Oak Forest … it’s at Marcotte’s Bar &
Grill! Recently opened in 2008, Marcotte’s
is located on the corner of Cicero Ave
and 156th Street . The 20-something
owners know how to please a crowd,
offering yummy, yet affordable bar food
and an enjoyable, musical atmosphere.
In the summer, head outside to the “beer
deck” and take advantage of the warm
weather. The beer garden is situated atop
a spacious wooden deck that boasts a
few tables and plenty of room to challenge
other bargoers to a game of bags. And if
you are waiting for your turn in the
karaoke rotation, but you’d like to get
some fresh air, don’t worry! DJ Nizzle and
his karaoke system stand right inside the
double doors… and he’ll come find you if
you venture outdoors.
