karaoke? People love TC Pub in Oak
Lawn so much that it has to host
karaoke on Wednesdays and Saturdays!
From 9:30 to 1:30, on each of these
days, grab a pitcher of beer (for under
$5) and browse through the karaoke
books until you find your perfect song.
TC Pub is a perfect place for groups, as
tons of stools surround the long,
counter-like tables. Be prepared to stop
at the ATM beforehand; this
old-fashioned favorite does not start
tabs and it only takes cash. But with so
many cheap drinks on hand, paying cash
is not that big of a deal.
You could wait in a lengthy line to sing a
few songs. But every performer is so
enjoyable that the time will fly right by!
DJ Kevin, as charismatic as he is
entertaining, is the best part of
Wednesday/Saturday night karaoke at
TC Pub. Stop in to see him perform
some Elton John, some rock tunes or
some comedic parodies he has come
up with over the years.
